We prioritize your privacy and therefore provide a detailed description of how we process personal data. We want you to understand the limited information we collect and what may happen to that information when you use any of the TLine Services.

This document (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) explains the privacy rules applicable to all information collected or submitted when you access, install, or use the TLine Services.

Our top priority is customer data security. Operating under the jurisdiction of Malaysia allows us to ensure our no-logs policy. We process only minimal user data—only as much as is absolutely necessary to maintain our services.

All definitions and capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy are defined in our Terms of Service.

By visiting the TLine website, submitting your personal data to TLine, and by accessing, installing, and/or using the TLine Services, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and that you enter into a legally binding relationship with TLine (hereinafter referred to as “TLine,” “we,” or “us”), and that you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with the rules of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the TLine Services.

Data Processing

TLine processes user data only to a very limited extent—only as much as is absolutely required for the provision of the TLine Services, processing payments for the TLine Services, and maintaining the functionality of the TLine website and mobile applications.

Personal data is processed by TLine both automatically and manually. Unless expressly noted otherwise, TLine or a designated subsidiary in your country shall act as the responsible personal data controller for any data processed. TLine uses third-party data processors only for processing payment data, emailing services, and basic website and app analytics.

TLine guarantees a strict no-logs policy, meaning that your activities using TLine Services are provided by automated technical processes and are not monitored, recorded, logged, stored, or passed to any third party. We do not store connection timestamps, session information, used bandwidth, traffic logs, IP addresses, or other data. From the moment a TLine.com user activates the TLine.com software, their internet data is encrypted. Any online traffic coming from the user’s device is no longer visible to ISPs, third-party snoopers, or cybercriminals. Additionally, TLine maintains a strict no-logs policy concerning user activity online: TLine is based in Malaysia, which does not require data storage.

Anyone may browse our website, install the TLine application, and mobile applications without signing up for TLine Services, although the functionality of TLine Services will be very limited or unavailable. To fully engage with TLine Services, you need to create a user account and provide the basic personal data indicated below.

You are free to create an account and retrieve your password through password protection questions. These password protection questions may be considered personal privacy data.
