Welcome to the TLine family. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully . By using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

1. Changes to Terms

TLine may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will apply. We will notify you of material changes in advance through our applications, website, or email. For non-material changes, updates will be effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Please review the Terms regularly.

2. Our Services

TLine guarantees a strict no-logs policy. We do not monitor, record, store, or share your activities. The only data temporarily held is a username and timestamp of the last session, which is deleted within 15 minutes after session termination.

4. License Conditions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

1.  Download and use a copy of the TLine software.

2.  Use the Services available through the TLine software or website.

This license is effective until terminated and will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with these Terms. All intellectual property rights related to the Services are retained by TLine.

5. Prohibited and Restricted Uses

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, illicit, criminal, or fraudulent activities, including but not limited to:

·  Port scanning, spamming, phishing, hacking

·  Exploiting children, identity theft, financial fraud

·  Interfering with other networks, unauthorized access, disrupting services

·  Using Services for military purposes or violating general ethics and morals

We reserve the right to terminate accounts and block access for violations of these Terms. Accounts may be suspended for investigation, and you may be required to provide additional information.

6. Limitation of Liability

TLine guarantees a 99.9% service uptime but is not liable for any loss or harm beyond what you paid for the Services. This limitation includes attorney fees and court costs.

7. Compliance and Restrictions

You are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations. We may limit the availability of our Services at our discretion and refuse service to minors, competitors, or individuals with suspended or closed accounts.

8. Reporting Violations

We encourage you to report any violations of these Terms. We may take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts, at our discretion.
